Hey Aaron! I just wanted to give you a little feedback.
Our lady custodian (I think her name is Lourdes maybe?) is great! She is very personable and she does such a good job. I can be a germ-a-phobe at times, but seeing how hard she works to keep things tidy makes me less germ paranoid. She's great and I just wanted to let you know I thought that.
Also, I just love Arlene! She is super helpful and so nice--always a breath of fresh air.
They say your employees are the face of your business. I think you hit the jackpot with these ladies!
Have a good day!
To who it may concern:
Ok, here is my story. My name is Jim and I am 43 years old.......married for 16 years with one child and we are expecting another soon. Growing up I was always in shape as I was involved in athletics such as baseball, football, and golf since I was a child. I worked as an equip. mgr. at Baylor Univ. for the football team back in the Southwest Conference days of the 1980's.
So fast forward to 1994.....I got married and like a lot of people I got lazy. I went from a fit 192 lbs. to almost 300 lbs. in a matter of 12 years. After seeing my doctor in 2006 and being told I needed to lose weight soon, I started working out at the beautiful Larry North Fitness Center in the downtown Houston area. I was able to drop 60 lbs but then I put 30 lbs. back on. I was frustrated and I spoke with Aaron Zambrano who is the General Mgr. of that location. He was able to put me on a workout schedule that fit me as well as a nutrition schedule that suited me.
To this date I have lost the 30 lbs. I put back on plus I lost an additional 62 lbs.....I feel better than I have in almost 20 years.

Last night as I was brushing my teeth after going up and down the stairs and feeling the pain in my legs, I was thinking about how much I appreciate the PT sessions so far, and more so, wanted to thank you for your choice in profession. I know that may sound a bit dorky-weird, but I really admire those who choose professions like yours. not the manager part of your duties, but the helping people part. I say this because I sometimes wish I did something where I was helping people try to achieve things they are afraid to do or think may not be possible. And although I am paying you to do a good job and wouldn't expect anything less, you are patient, firm, pushing, and know your stuff. And you do not have an attitude or show if you are in a bad mood. You seem truly focused on your clients when training them. I am glad you somehow convinced me in that first session to do this. Not that I have seen any spectacular results yet, but the weight training is not something I have ever really done before and I am actually kinda enjoying it and how different it is to anything I've done before (only cursed you in my head a few times but it was nice cursing).
So thank you for what you do. For your expertise, for being passionate about it, for coming into work and dealing with and adapting to different personalities and pushing people to get past mental and physical barriers they otherwise may not have attempted. I am sure many other people you have trained are equally appreciative (and I say this knowing you will not get a big head about it either).
Hi Aaron - Some feedback on Wes's class today:
Wes's class was AWESOME today! I had not been in about 3 weeks and it was good to be back and get my butt kicked! Eric and I talked about how it was nice having so much variety with more stations, and the speed makes the time just fly to where you do not think about how much it hurts and how hard it is. We also appreciate that Wes is always very professional and encouraging. I especially liked the NEW MUSIC! Groovy stuff! Also, the talk in the locker room always has good stuff to say about "the Wes class"... challenging but so worth it. Some people speak of it like a rite of passage!
